We act as your dedicated contact and the vital glue between you, your builder and sub-contractors, and any other third parties like engineers, local authorities and Building Control Inspectors.

This ensures the design and, in particular, the build are kept on track and that any issues or changes can be dealt with as efficiently as possible.

A dedicated Account Manager is provided free of charge from the outset of your relationship with us, and a broad range of project management packages are available for the Construction phase of your renovation, starting at just £495.

Every Betternest customer gets an Account Manager, who acts as your dedicated and dependable point of contact through the lifetime of your project with us, from your Qualify report through to the final completion of your project.

Any queries, questions or issues you have will always be handled by the same person with detailed knowledge of your project. This makes your life easier and allows us to orchestrate the Design and Construction elements of your project as efficiently and consistently as possible.

For the Construction phase of your project, Betternest offers a broad range of project management packages, starting from just £495.

Depending on the package you choose, our Project Management service is delivered through a number of site visits. These take place at key points in the build process, and their purpose is to monitor progress, identify any problems and attribute actions to us, you or your contractor.

You, your main contractor and your Betternest Project Architect will be present at every site visit, providing an open forum for discussion and ensuring everyone is up to speed with the construction.

Usually a Project Manager is the preserve only of the most expensive home renovation projects – typically being 10% of your construction cost. But with our most popular package costing just £1495, it’s possible to have first-class project management so you can renovate like the pros at an affordable price.
Depending on the type of project you have, a variety of consents and permissions may be required at both the Design and Construction stages, ranging from ranging from Permitted Development searches and planning permission to Building Control approval and engineers’ calculations to Part L compliance and Party Wall consent – to name a few.
